Here my primary role was managing AWS cloud infrastructure for more than six vertical within organization. Setup and deployment of multiple cloud architecture. Managing securities of AWS cloud Infrastructures. Leading a team of 5 plus system engineers and managing multiple vendors. Managing Hybrid Cloud with AWS. Managing Unix/Linux Platform for our web apps, android & ios apps. Designing and implementation of public and private facing Apps and websites on AWS Cloud. Migration from On-Premise Infrastructure to AWS Cloud. Managing company apps on Google Play Store and IOS AppStore.

Simplotel is a Bangalore, India based startup and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology provider for Hotels. It was founded with a single purpose to help hotels drive more direct bookings.

As a part of operations team, my primary role was to help onboarding all the clients on Simplotel platform. Support and maintenance of Simplotel CRM, AWS EC2, AWS RDS and MySQL database. Managing AWS Infrastructure and cost optimization for the organization. Configuration of VPC , security groups, launching instances, databases and configuration of storage in AWS using EC2 , S3 , Route 53. Leveraged AWS cloud services such as EC2; auto-scaling; and VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) to build secure, highly scalable and flexible systems that handled expected and unexpected load bursts, and are able to quickly evolve during development iterations. Expertise in implementation and maintenance of Apache HTTPD, SMTP, DHCP,  DNS, SQUID, Postfix, Send mail etc.

Yahoo India is a subsidiary company of Verizon media. It operates in multiple domains like Adtech, Finance, news, content, and email services.

Managing Support function for Yahoo Small Business products (Domain, Business Email and Hosting). Replicate errors and Escalate on priority basis to the Engineering team. Installation, Setup & troubleshoot of CMS (WordPress, Joomla) and 3rd party Designing tools. Managing Web Hosting, Search Engine Optimization, Yahoo business email and Web Analytics tools & services. Providing Feedback (Reports) to Senior Management about the Projects and Research Strategies. Troubleshooting yahoo web builder & design templates built on RTML language. Work Co-operative and Proactively with Team Members to provide resolutions. Accountable for building up revenue with existing clients.  Trouble shoot virtual & physical servers on Linux environment, MySQL databases, Web mail & other mail clients. Trouble shooting high server load & DNS issues on the server. Configure and modify DNS record and trouble shoot issues with web hosting control panels.

Reconciliation of Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly Training Reports. Generate performance and KPI based reports. Building knowledge tools, implement ideas, quality, productivity and a culture of continuous improvement within the Training team. Working with business unit leaders to craft support strategies / goals. Analyze business operations data including all financials, service, sales and efficiency metrics, and customer satisfaction surveys, to identify actionable trends. Managing training reports for the complete center. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. Build annual training program and execute them.
